Before each composition of your new workout, please also look at this:

He advised 4 exercises
Upper body - 1 push 1 pull
Leg - 1 squats 1 hunch

Rest is volume and weight

Example 1 set

One Rep Max Calculator

8 × 50 % max weight 
6 × 75 % max weight 
Rest 4 minute 
3 × 95 % max weight 

Don't do anything more for this muscle.

1 press 1 pull up - Upper body 
1 squat 1 hunch - Lowe body 

All traning max 50 min

1. First choose what exercise you will do:
Chose exercise wich you are comfortable with.

Important!: Is not rely so important exercise but how you do this exercise
